Returns Policy
We hope you will be happy with your items but in the event you change your mind we offer a 14-day return policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, items without a tamper evident seal will not be eligible for a return unless faulty. Please see each individual item on whether they will be eligible to be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
To start a return, email us at hello@nouraliving.co.uk with your order number, full name and address stating the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that the cost of returning the goods must be paid by the customer and we can accept no liability for lost or damaged goods during transit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items are exempt from the returns policy. Please see each individual item for the exemption policy.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
