Are the products on your website cruelty-free?

Yes! All the products we sell are cruelty-free meaning they've never been tested on animals. Many are also vegan-friendly and we make it easy to spot these so you can shop with confidence.

Why are some products not eligible for return?

We happily offer returns on products with a tamper-evident seal, as long as they haven't  been opened. Products without a seal cannot be returned. For convenience, we have also clearly marked under each product whether it can be returned. As a small business, this helps us to continue offering high-quality products and great service to all our customers - thank you for your understanding! 

How can I contact Noura Living?

Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently we only ship to the UK. We hope to offer international shipping in the future, so stay tuned! 

Are the products you stock safe to use during pregnancy?

Some of the products we stock are pregnancy-safe and are marked with a pregnancy icon. For other products, if you are unsure, we recommend checking the ingredient list and consulting your medical provider before use. 

How long will delivery take?

Delivery within the UK usually takes 2-4 working days. Please note that during busy periods, public holidays, or unforeseen delays, delivery may take a little longer. While we do everything we can to get your order to you promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays once the parcel is with the courier.

Can I change or cancel my order? 

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed, a shipping label printed, or handed to the courier, we cannot cancel it, as we have already invested in packaging and shipping. We therefore advise you to double-check your order before completing checkout. If your order has already been dispatched, you can follow our returns policy (for eligible items) once it arrives. 

How do I know which products are suitable for my skin type?

Each product page lists skin type recommendations and key ingredients to help you find what works best for you.

How should I store my products?

We recommend keeping products in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their quality.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

Many of the brands we stock focus on sustainable ingredients, recyclable packaging, and ethical production practices. In addition, the postcards included with every order are printed on recyclable paper and can be recycled after use which helps us to reduce waste and support sustainable practices. 

Can I leave a product review?

Absolutely! Your feedback helps other shoppers and helps us improve. You can leave reviews directly on each product page.
